The 0400 is a high performance, folding tactical knife designed by custom knife maker Ken Onion.

And because you don’t always have both hands free, the 0400 features the patented SpeedSafe® torsion bar system for assisted, one-handed opening. Choose the ambidextrous thumb stud or index finger protrusion for extreme deployment ease and flexibility.

While SpeedSafe® ensures ease of use, the modified Tanto blade in S30V stainless-steel provides additional strength. The blade is Tungsten DLC coated in matte black for non-glare corrosion resistance. The machined aircraft aluminum scales in anodized blackprovide lightweight durability, while the Trac Tec inserts provide a solid grip in almost any condition.

The 0400 is one of the thinner folding knives in the ZT line, which makes it excellent for a compact carry. The back handle does not contain the friction-tape insert, allowing an easier draw and storage in the pocket.

In addition, the 0400 comes with a reversible or removable clip for tip-up or tip-down carry. Like all ZT knives, it is designed for professionals who require the very best from their equipment.
