Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?

First Class shipping is $3.99 for most orders. If your order is over 1 lb standard shipping is $6.99. If your order is over $99.00, shipping is FREE within the Continental United States!

Note: A few items are oversized and do not qualify for flat rate shipping. These items will incur an additional shipping charge at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped within 36 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays) however most ship sooner if time allows. If for some reason your item is not in stock, we will notify you by email.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Delivery to anywhere in the continental USA should take 5 business days or less (excluding Sunday). Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take an extra couple of days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we are able to ship internationally, however please contact us and we will help you place an order.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted, as long as they are initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. You must complete a return request (please contact us to have form provided to you), and receive approval before shipping your return or your return will not be accepted. Please allow up to 3 business days for approval.

You will need to ship the item back to us. The item must be brand new and unused, including the original manufacturer packaging and paperwork. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund. Returning an item with damaged or missing packaging may incur additional fees. Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment we received. We do not reimburse cost of shipping for the order.

Exceptions:

If your order is defective, you will be provide with the contact information to the warranty department of the respective manufacturer. Unfortunately we are unable to intervene on your behalf due to time constraints, i.e. it is faster and cheaper for you to work directly with the manufacturer.

You can not return an item because you missed out on a promotional discount. Promotional discounts are only valid for the time period specified. If you request a return in order to take advantage of a promotional discount, your return will be denied.
